The Forum’s objective is to encourage the work of young scholars by providing experience in the pursuit of scholarship and the nature of the scholarly exchange.  For the upcoming 2010 meeting, the topics will cover public law and the humanities:

  • Jurisprudence and Philosophy
  • Constitutional Law – theoretical foundations
  • Labor Law and Social Welfare Policy
  • Constitutional Law – historical foundations
  • Law and Humanities (including Law and Literature, Critical
  • Legal Studies and Gender Studies)
  • Criminal Law
  • Environmental Law
  • Family Law
  • Public International Law

Call for Papers:

  • The deadline for submissions is March 19, 2010
