The symposium will examine the role of the ICC in the advancement of international law and justice. The symposium will feature several panels of leading experts in international law who will address topics including the discretionary power of the ICC Prosecutor, the politics of international prosecutions, the ICC’s global impact, and the future of international criminal justice.
