The conference will bring together prominent scholars and practitioners from the fields of labor law and ADR to examine a wide array of issues surrounding the resolution of international work-related disputes.

Conference Themes Include:

-What are the key differences in how workplace disputes are resolved around the globe?

-How do multinational corporations view the challenges of international employment dispute resolution? What role should organized labor play?

-How do social, cultural and religious differences affect the rights and remedies available to employees of multinational corporations working in different countries?

-What is the global future of fair employment and of legal protections against unlawful discrimination?
