Call for Papers: Creighton Law Review Symposium 2012

Call for Papers:

The legal profession is undergoing dynamic changes. Technological developments, economic realignments, and globalization are affecting the way lawyers (and their clients) approach their professional obligations. Those professional changes are also affecting the academic enterprise. This symposium is intended to shine a light on these changes and the effect on legal education, including substantive, pedagogical, and ethical dimensions.

The Law Review is currently soliciting papers for presentation at the symposium. Selected papers will be published in the Summer 2012 edition, which will be devoted to the symposium themes. The Law Review will reimburse a portion of the travel and lodging expenses for presenters.

Papers, accompanied by an abstract of not more than 250 words, must be submitted by November 16, 2011. The Law Review will notify authors as to whether their papers have been selected no later than January 9, 2012. Papers should be submitted, preferably in electronic form, to:

Emma Nagengast, Senior Lead Articles Editor
